Body of Christ Clinic

The Body of Christ Community Clinic seeks to provide basic health and dental care services to residents in the East Bell County area of Texas who have no health insurance or no means to obtain basic health and dental care services.

Services

• Non-emergency, basic primary care (examples: rash, ear infections, urinary tract infections)
• Treatment of chronic health conditions (diabetes, obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol)
• Basic Dental care (screening, fillings, extractions, cleaning)
• Limited Counseling
• Nutrition and diabetes education
• Medication assistance
• Spiritual Support and Prayer

Requirements

• Call to schedule appointments
• East Bell County residents
• Uninsured, Low income, or unemployed families (adults and children)
• Medicare, Medicaid, and VA benefits not eligible
• Provide Photo ID with current address and proof of residency
• Provide household income
• Most recent pay stub or notarized letter from employer (letter to include employers name, hours you work and your rate of pay)
