Helping Hands Ministry cultivates an environment in which individuals and families are empowered to work out of systemic poverty and toward wholeness, through ministries of relief, development, and advocacy.

• Weekly Groceries (Bell County Residents)
• Energy Assistance for Bell County Residents (TXU, Ambit, TriEagle, Reliant, pending available funds)
• Benevolence Crisis Relief (such as utilities or rent, East Bell County residents within school districts of Belton, Academy, Holland or Temple, pending available funds)
• Meharg Resource Center and Development Courses
• Laura Mae’s Resale Shop (Household vouchers available)

Requirements

• Photo ID for financial assistance
• Depending on assistance requested a lease agreement, current utility bill, or current energy bill may benrequired
• Income (185% of federal poverty level) or Crisis Qualifications
